The Final Wish

Full lyrics for ‘The Final Wish’ by Abu Sayed. An original composition, lyrics, and production by Abu Sayed.

I can feel the heat rising when you step in the room
My pulse is running wild, chasing your perfume
I just want to hold you close and never let go
Got a burning deep inside that only we know
The way you glance at me across the wooden floor
Leaves me breathless, always craving for more
Your silhouette is painted in the golden dim light
We are moving like shadows in the warm summer night
Every time you smile, all my shadows are gone
You are the only rhythm that is leading me on
I am leaning in softly, wrapped in your glow
Let the rest of the world just fade fast and slow
You are the fire that I need when the evening is cold
A secret kind of magic that can never be told
I am pulling you nearer to the beat of my chest
In this late hour, darling, you are my final request
My final request
Just lay your head on me, let the universe rest
I can trace the constellations right there on your skin
Losing all my senses as the feelings rush in
Your whisper is a melody that echoes so sweet
Sweeping every hesitation right off of my feet
Every time you smile, all my shadows are gone
You are the only rhythm that is leading me on
I am leaning in softly, wrapped in your glow
Let the rest of the world just fade fast and slow
You are the fire that I need when the evening is cold
A secret kind of magic that can never be told
I am pulling you nearer to the beat of my chest
In this late hour, darling, you are my final request
My final request
Just lay your head on me, let the universe rest
I have waited for a moment as perfect as this
Falling deeper down into the edge of your kiss
I am surrendering my heart to your endless grace
There is nowhere I would rather be than in this space
Just want to be lost in this beautiful haze
Let Sayed be the one who will love you always
Just look in my eyes
You are everything I have ever wanted
You are the fire that I need when the evening is cold
A secret kind of magic that can never be told
I am pulling you nearer to the beat of my chest
In this late hour, darling, you are my final request
